Sunday Morning - Adult Bible Class

Join us on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. for adult Bible class where a variety of Christ centered topics are covered.

Jesus Christ brings the Gospel (from older English, "Good-spel," "good news") to the world. He announces that in His person the kingdom of God has come to mankind and that through faith in Him people might find new and eternal life. He is Himself the Good News, or Gospel.

May 1, 2019 -  There are a few books in the Bible that are short; five of which are only one chapter long. And there are some single chapters throughout the Bible that seem to stand out. There are also some people in the Bible that were instrumental in a single story. The Sunday Bible Class will be taking time for a quick look at some “One Hit Wonders”.

Over the next couple of months, we will take a look at some singe chapters or single books with one chapter or even just a few short stories. In May our study will explore Obadiah, Deborah (Judges 4), Philemon, and “The Fourth Man in the Fire” (Daniel 3). All are invited!

Suggestions for Sunday Bible Study

Pastor Toensing would like to hear any suggestions you have for study and discussion for the Adult Bible class time on Sunday mornings. Please join us for refreshments, mutual conversation, and study after church on Sundays. Please email any suggestions you have to him or place a written note in his mailbox. A book of the Bible? A current topic? A timely issue? What does the Bible say about …?
